The property was quiet and we had a fine stay. The staff was very attentive, excellent, and responded promptly to requests. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectations, would recommend it.

Staff were efficient and the hotel was newly decorated, it had marvellous location on the river.

This motel had plenty of space in the handicapped room, perfect for us as youngsters. The walk-in shower was great too.

We felt truly looked after during our stay, no reason to complain.

The hotel was located next to the river and Close to restaurants and Olive Garden. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. A bath in the bathroom was a plus.

Tidy hotel in a nice building right by Idaho Falls, the river and restaurants. Nice modern and reasonably priced rooms with microwave/fridge, competent staff. Lots of supplies in the room: a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. Favourable and marvellous location, close to everything.

The refurbished rooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning and bedding were in good condition. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing clear information about nearby amenities.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as a microwave, fridge, shampoo, and hair dryer in the bathroom. The pool was cold and there was no indoor pool as advertised online.

The hotel was clean and newly remodeled. The price was right and the staff wss friendly.

The staff was cheerfully helpful. the room was spacious and decorated simply. the bed was low to the floor and comfortable. the bathroom had an attractive modern sink and a clever towel holder. the shower had a wonderful design with no water going on the floor. Electrical outlets were plentiful and conveniently located.

Hard to think of anything

We liked that it was close to the freeway with easy access.

Even though the room was label non smoking, it reaked of smoke! We had to open the window to get fresh air all night, which then let in the outside traffic noise. There were no extra blankets for the beds. There was no blow dryer or shampoo which we have come to expect, even in motel 6s else where in the country. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. We would have loved free wifi and the charge was disappointing..
